My understanding of Logic 9 sends and busses is tenuous at best but does anyone know what the best way is to send different VNS samples with different MIRx reverbs to a recording track for the best sound and the best volume control over the recording? I would imagine that, since the individual reverbs are contained in the VI Pro window, that they can be safely sent to the same buss with that buss sent to another in the input-output and then sent to a different buss in an aux for the recording track but this may not be the case. If you think I'm confused, you are right! Ed Gold

Hi Edward, Vienna Instruments using MIRx are "self-contained" in the sense that there is no Aux-send for reverb or the like. It's safe to route the output of an "MIRx-ed" instrument to wherever you want to, without losing its sound. Just make sure that you don't apply any additional panning or other processing (unless you really want to). HTH,

Thanks Dietz, That's what I thought and, in fact, I checked it out.
