I changed the location of one of my libraries and now I cannot load them in the matrix. They load into the Directory Manager but that's it. I opened the folders and the all of the files are "dat" files, just like my working libraries. I have the original discs that I installed. Possibly moving the folders corrupted the files? (although they seem to be fine) Can/should I uninstall-reinstall?
I've tried removing and replacing the folders from the Directory Manager. They still are not appearing in the matrix along with my other libraries.

Did you rescan the folder in the directory manager? VSL Special Edition1, standard and plus, Konzerthaus Organ, Saxophones, Dimension Strings, VI Pro 1

Well, after some serious head scratching I decided to reinstall from the discs without uninstalling first. This led me to the answer - so obvious but missed! Somehow the eLicenser lost the activation code for the library. I still had the email with the code and re-entered it. Voila! Success. So easy. No reinstallation necessary.
