Hi, I'm trying to download VSL Violas and Basses, and the download speed reported in the download managed is zero. I've waited a whole hour and it seems unable to connect to any server. The number of servers keeps changing erratically, and no data arrives. I've never had problems with the download manager before, and have used it several times from this same computer and this same network connection. There are no firewall issues involved because there is no firewall at all. I tried updating eLicenser in case there was some secret disagreement about the validity of my download, but it didn't help. Can someone please tell me how I can get the libraries that I paid for? Thanks for your help.
