[SOLVED] Where to download my registered products?

When I logged in I can not find place or link to download my registered products such as Dimension Strings, Dimension Brass and SE. What happened? It shows:

There are no files available for your registered products in this category.


Wind Collection Downloads Size Date
There are no files available for your registered products in this category.


Special Editions Updates Size Date
There are no files available for your registered products in this category.


Special Edition Vol. 1 Downloads Size Date There are no files available for your registered products in this category.
