    No idea why this all of a sudden started happening, but when I load up my presets now and press play (even on a clean unedited score) I get a low note in the piano staff right off the bat.

     

    Anyone experience anything like this? It just staretd happening recently and there's nothing on the staff to playback. I'm thinking a MIDI CC but there's no data there for VE to process... ðŸ˜•

    Hello Tyler!

    Probably there is a different instrument assigned to your piano staff. For the piano there shouldn't be any keyswitches. I recommend checking the Troubleshooting section of the "Optimizing Sibelius Playback" manual. It can be downloaded from the MyVSL section under Notation related.
