  • [SOLVED] Solo Voices and Whistler don't show up in Instruments Pro

    I din't get any sleep this night. I tried to install Solo Voices and Whistler. But they dont show up in VIP.

     

    I downloaded and installed all latest versions of all sofware. Then I donwloaded Solo Voices and Whistler with the download manager. I also got the latest elicenser and sucessfully installed my licenses. Then I installed the Solo and Whistler Librarys.

    I checked in the Directory Manager and everything is fine.

    I reinstalled everything. All licenses are ok. Everything shows up in VIP except the two new libs.I just have no idea what the problem could be.

    Any Idea whould be highly apreceated.

    Please send some screenshots of your Directory Manager, Sample Content, eLCC with key connected and VI PRO to support@vsl.co.at

    Sounds like everything should be ok, so I need to see what could be wrong.

    Same problem here. Just installed solo voices but not showing in VIP...

    UPDATE: solved my problem by rescanning directories in Directiry Manager.

    Same problem for me - non appearance of Vienna Solo Voices in Vienna Ensemble PRO5. All software up to date. Rescanning Directories did not solve this for me. Initially the Vieena Solo Voices were not in the Directory list but I added folder rescanned - still did appear in VEP.

    Hi Ross,

    You need the latest VI/ VI PRO software and the latest eLicenser software.

    If that doesn´t work, please remove all folders from the Directory Manager and drag all sample content folders on top of the Directory Manager again by dragging those from your Finder/Explorer.

    I did all of this as you instructed. Everything updated But they still do not turn up in my VEP5.

    Hello,  

    Same problem here.  VI Pro and eLicenser both up to date; reloaded and rescanned in Directory Manager; Solo Voices don't show in -F - Voice patches.

    According to your screen shot you are still running an out of date VE Pro,  update VI Pro (V2.4.13477) and VE Pro (V5.3.13407),  that shoud do it.

    Hi Paul,

    Well spotted - Vienna instruments were not updated. That is now corrected but the Vienna Solo Voices are still not appearing for use in Vienna Instruments.
