    Hi, just downloaded the Harp 1 and it got to 100% snd then the program crashed. I was not able to install the zip files now on my hard drive. What do I do now please? Must say not very happy about that...

    Sorry, I overlooked your post... Which OS are you on? Did you get a crash report?

    I ran license activation and use the code I got in email. It said:

    The activation code has been used already. An activation code can only be used once to download or upgrade a license.

     Please contact your software vendor to get a valid activation code.

     

     

    I have the latest elicenser and VSL software. I got an automated response in email which asked me to make sure I had latest versions. Already got them. 

     

    I'm downloading again. It's set to auto install...let's see what happens this time...
