I've succesfully downloaded, registered and installed the new Clarinet. I've run the directory manager which shows it with all my other instrument although why it puts it in the piccolo folder I don't know. But when I open a VI it doesn't appear in the list of instruments.

Look to see if you have directory manager installed for both regular and pro VEP/Instrument Pro.  Move the folder out to the main level and then go to the Directory Manager and make sure the new folder is listed.  If it isn't there, add it.  Then rescan.

Hello and good day. This is my first posting on this forum. I've encountered this same problem with BFC 2. It, too, shows up in the directory manager, however it is not located in the piccolo or any other folder, it has its' own labeled as "40_Clarinet_Bb2". I have Instrument PRO. If I have to do as you suggest, how do I move the folder out to the main level and then do the rest? The only reason I am asking is because I have a learning disability with computer technology that is frustrating at times. Thank you very much. Joe.
