  • Logic Multiport Template - Logic Pro X 10.1

    Hello -

I am having trouble with the VE Pro 5 Multiport 6x16 Ports Logic Pro X.logicx file. When I connect to a VEPro instance on VE Pro 1 Main track everything is fine - when I connect to a VE Pro instance on any of the others (VE Pro Main 2 - VE Pro Main 6) It appears to connect fine but there in NO MIDI Activity on the slave interface - but it does show as connected. I can connect to a slave / local machine fine on VE Pro 1 Main and though it appears to "connect" to a slave / local machine I can not see any midi avtivity... The other templates work fine - Connect and MIDI activity. If I select VE Pro Main 2 I can get midi activity but not from VE Pro 2_1 1 (first track).

    Main MAC - Yosemite 10.10.5 / Mid 2010 / 64 RAM / VE Pro 5.4.13741/ Logic 10.2.0

    Test Slave - OS X 10.8.5 / 64 RAM / VE Pro 5.4.13741

  • Anyone else having this behavior in their file?

  • Did you put a "monitor" to see if there was midi activity send to the VSL instrument

  • No. There is no midi activity within VE Pro on slave - though it shows connected. I will setup a monitor today and report back --

  • I got it working but had to make changes (See picture)

  • I am not sure of the "why" but the bottom line is that if I change from "16" to "0" it functions

  • CC 99 is the bank change
