eLicenser showing nothing - no licenses?

I have a couple of dongles.  They both show up fine in the eLicenser software but oine of them has no license installed. I have not used this dongle in quite some time but there shoudl be at least 1 license on it that I know of.  Can they just fail?  Can a license be moved without me doing it? Thanks.

Hi, 

A permanent license cannot be removed from a key, it can only be moved to another key. 

You can contact us directly at support@vsl.co.at and tell us which key that is (serial #) and which license you are looking for, we can take a look for you.
