Hi

Just got VI Pro (what a difference!) and am trying to connect my iPad/VI Remote App combination to VI Pro on my Mac.

I can do this via WiFi successfully, but it drops out as the base station is a long way a way...so I need another solution.

So I thought I could use 'Create Network'....'Create a Computer to Computer Network' via WiFi, which I've used for other things in the past with no problem. But for some reason, though I can connect the ipad and the Mac together...the Remote App will not work at all. It is a WiFi network after all, but it will not connect through it.

Any ideas?
