    Hi

    I need to report a bug.

    Can you tell me the location of all the required log files on both a Mac and PC?

    OS X: /Users/USERNAME/Library/Application Support/VSL/Vienna Ensemble Pro/logs
    WIN: C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\VSL\Vienna Ensemble Pro\logs

    Hi Martin I've had my usual Monday morning crash launching the VE Pro on both the slave PC and Mac. Got all the log files for the Mac including a text file of the report from the Apple crash report dialogue box. However the Windows path you gave me doesn't exist on my PC. There is no AppData folder. I should have pointed out out that I'm using Wndows 7 professional. EVERY Monday VE Pro is crashing loading the Metaframe both for Mac and PC. The rest of the week it works perfectly.

    Hi Dave

    The file AppData is a hidden file. Open the Control Panel and choose Map Options, and then the second tab (view). Choose the option for "show hidden files, folders and drives" (or something like that, I don't have an English version of Windows). After that you can see the file AppData in the map C:\Users\USERNAME.
