  • Instruments behave as one in Multiport

I finally got the multiport working, but there is another problem:

It is best explaned thorough this example with four soundfiles including images from the piano editor.

    1. Listen to "FluteSoloNormal" with all notes playing. Notice the F in 7.3.

    2. "FluteSoloOverlap": If the preceding note had been an F too, and overlapping the note, it would be muted by Kontakt (just the way it is I guess).

    3.  "FluteOboeOverlap": If I include the Oboe voice, the Flutes F in 7.3 is muted, like in "FluteSoloOverlap".

    4. "FluteOboeRemoveOverlap": If I make a small pause between the Oboe and the Flute (as I would if it where the same instrument) everything is fine.

This means that the Flute channel is affected what comes from other channels. In this example I have a wind quartet playing, and the same thing happens between all the instruments. They are all on separate ports, playing midi channel 1.

Is there a way to avoid this? (Other than going back to the multiple instance setup).

(The library is Berlin WW playing in Kontakt.)
