    Dear VSL users,

I have just uploaded a video of the finished demonstration project for VSL Special Edition solo strings. This production of Franz Schubert's Quartettsatz in c-Moll (exposition section) is the newest addition to Vienna Training Center's learning materials:

For more information on Vienna Training Center you can watch this video:

I hope you'll enjoy this new demonstration of wonderful VSL solo strings!

  • Goran, very beautiful rendition of a magnificent piece!

  • Thank you Paolo, I'm happy to hear you liked it!

  • Wonderful. A very musical performance. Lovely sound! I have purchased some of the courses from Vienna Training Center. You indicate this will become a part of one of the courses? Can you say which course?

    Thank you, Paul!

This project will be added to module 6, which deals with using Vienna Suite's reverbs for setting up an acoustic space for VSL ensembles (such as, in this case, a string quartet) and also with creating Vienna Ensemble setups. The files added to the learning materials are:

    a) the MIDI file of the finished performance

    b) the Vienne Ensemble project file for the string quartet setup

    c) the tempo track file for import in Cubase

Some performance shaping aspects found in this project will also be introduced to module 2, which deals with  VSL strings part shaping techniques.

    Best,

    Goran
