    Hello there,

    I'm new to the VSL and run into a common problem: the instruments (samples) are not showing up in the Vienna Instrument player. I promise that I've read the forum threads and checked everything. To be precise:

    1. Sample libraries are installed
    2. The pathes in the Directory Manager are correct (black)
    3. In Vienna Instruments Software under Version > Show Licenses I can see all available licenses
    4. All software is running under the newest version
    5. Vienna Ensemble Service Interface is connected (64-bit), the Instance (Vienna Ensemble 5.4.15962 (64-bit) is running (connected localhost) and the software works within my Logic Pro X DAW
    6. I've checked the Directory Manager video for hints and the Vienna Instruments Tutorial video.
    7. The eLicenser is running under its newest version and the VSL Licenses are showing up correctly

    I really don't know what to do. Any idea?
