Hi.. It would be great to have presets to fit in ALL the "legacy" VSL Library-Instruments with the new "Synchron instruments"... MirX or Mir.... or...
Thank you..

Hi
Looking for the same! Got the answer that Synchron MIRx is expected in spring. And (Also already highlighted somewhere else) exactly this I would also like to have as a downmix - which would cost the disk space of an additional "virtual" mic position, but therefore be very RAM friendly :)
As it is still christmas time, I hope we can still write our wishes :)

MIRx settings for Synchron Stage Vienna are high on our to-do list. "Spring 2018" is the time-frame for a release right now. This is not an official announcement, just an estimation from the poor guy who has to create these myriads of presets ( =me). 8-)
Kind regards,

Thanks for your interest in MIR Pro, Dave.
Like I explained in this thread, I was actually done with the "classic" MIRx version of SSV in March when I realized that there was a well-hidden bug in my in-house development tool-set. It rendered the results I achieved more or less useless, although they seemed to be perfectly fine at the first glance ... :-/
The bug is fixed now, but I of course I had made up my schedule already, so I have to find a new slot of three or four weeks to re-do all these settings. Right now it looks like July/August 2018.
Thanks for your understanding and your patience!

I know it is a quite old thread, but any update on this topic?

It's no secret that "Synchronized VIs" are top priority for VSL right now. These settings will eventually find their way into MIR Pro, too, I assume. That's not the same as MIRx (due to the very different orchestral seating scheme), but at least something. 8-)

Hi Dietz, thanks for the answer!
What I am looking for is a simple (and affordable) way to have instruments automatically placed in a room (for people without real mixing skills). Does not need to be perfect but at least a good start.
Until Synchron i just put MIRx in VI Pro on all of my Library and was ready to go - In combination with Synchron Libraries this just got way harder.
Using the Presets of Synchron and Synchronized Libs is one way (And also the way I currently do it with Smart and Epic Orchestra) but repurchasing everything is somehow not really the way I want to go (and even not possible with my Special and DL instruments ...)
So any solution would be highly appretiated (Eventually a VE Template for the most common instruments including placement and convolution reverb that somehow matches to Synchron presets?)
Nobody else having this problem?
Best regards
Gabriel
