I recently got a message : Soft-elicenserer (!) doesn't have enought permission to run properly. please run LCC to fix this problem ... What the matter ? The message says you should open the eLicenser Control Center.
If this doesn't help, download the newest version from the Steinberg homepage and try again. Ben

Did you updated your Windows shortly? This can confuse the soft-eLicenser. Try the repair options in eLicenser Control Center... Ben

Yes windows have been updated last week , since the I got this problem, I can't do the repair option in eLicenser... Core i7 ,EVGA, 32 Go DDR3, RME Hammerfall,ATI Sapphire HD 5450, Windows 10 64 bit,SSD 256 & 512Go,CUBASE 10, VSL SE & +, NOTION 6, FM8, KONTAKT 5

I had this problem some time ago. What helped was following: I uninstalled the eLicenser, restarted my Computer, reinstalled the latest version, restarted again. Maybe this helps. If not the support at Steinberg should be able to help. Ben
