    Hi

    A couple of my tracks in Cubase have meter activity but no sound. As soon as I remove the VEP fx insert (which is routing those tracks to plugins in an FX rack within VEP), the sound comes back.

    Any idea what this could be caused by?

    VE Pro's "Audio Input" plug-in doesn't return a signal to the channel where it was instantiated, but via VE Pro's own audio outputs.

    VE Pro isn't meant to be used as an "insert effect", but rather as an external effect rack for virtual instruments and typical send-effects like reverbs, delays and so on.
