Sibelius 8.7 with VE6 PRO

I recently updated my Mac OS from Mavericks to Sierra, so that I could update Sibelius from 7.5 to 8.7, and get the newest VE6 PRO, which I couldnt get with Mavericks.

Projects already created in Sibelius load up with the correct sounds from VE. However I tried creating a new Project, and after creating the Instances needed, and after setting everything up in Sibelius, I find that when I click show, nothing appears in the Connected Server Interfaces. I tried closing the Firewall to see if that might help, but nothing shows, so I cant connect. I noticed that with this new version of VE6 PRO, the dialogue box asking if I want to allow incoming data connections doesnt appear.

Is there a solution to this problem?

Hello Philip!

Please make sure that Vienna Ensemble Pro Server (64-bit) is running, before you try to connect the VE Pro Server Interface (plugin). If that is not the reason for the problem, please try to temporarily deactivate your antivirus software and any network tool that might be running. They might also be blocking the connection.

The strange thing is that if I open a new score in Sibelius, and choose an old project setup (With that Project already open in the VEPRO Server) there is no problem seeing the coonection, and everything works seemlessly. With a brand new project, Sibelius doesnt see it.
