    • I purchased a Instrument (Synchron Strings I) in JRRSHOP in December of the last year.
      And the shop e-mailed serial number to me. 
      But when I tried to regist a instrument with  this serial number it       was displayed with "The Serial Number for this Standard Library is registered to another user " and could'nt regist.
      JRRShop have contacted his distributor for vsl to notify them of the faulty
      license.But there is not communication afterwards.
      I can't know how to do. Has the serial number been used for somebody?
      Please give me some adivice.

    dear pyoy,
    we are very sorry to hear about your problem and the missing response.

    unfortunately JRR Shop has too many Synchron Strings I Orders in december to investigate from our side - have you already emailed support@vsl.co.at? at least i couldn't find a ticket in our issue tracker - please send more information like serial number to support - i'll take care of this issue.

    again our apologies for the inconvenience.
