    Hello,

    I am trying to use the Synchron Strings Project (Surround to Downmix to stereo), but I have the following problem. When I open the project none of the Vienna Suite Pro plugins do open ( Equalizer Pro, Hybrid Revedrb Pro, Power Pan Pro).  I do have a Vienna Suite Pro license. I can see and open the Vienna suite pro plugins within Pro Tools, but for some reason the don't seem to exist for Vienna Ensemble pro Server. I get the message erros occured while loading plugins. Actually none of my Vienna Suite Pro plugins are available or can be seen within Vienna ensemble.

    Am I the only one with that problem? Is there a quick fix to this problem? Thank you in advance for your help.

    I am working on a PC with Windows 10 and using Pro tools.

    Hi Jean-Marc, 

    Did you check that you have assigned the right VST plug-in folder in VE PRO?

    Also, did you try another installation of VS PRO?

    Hi Paul,

    Thanks for your answer. The weird thing seems that I do not have a Vienna Suite Pro shorcut in my start list.  Though there is a Vienna Suite Pro folder in the program folder but when I open it there is only 2 elements unis001.dat and unins001. While all the other have a third one, the application icon. So I guess that the software did not perform the installation correctly. I will do a reinstall as you suggested and see what happens.

    Concerning VE PRO, in the preferences, I do see that Vienna suite Pro is not listed in the available Plugins.

    Hi Paul,

    You were right. The VST plug-in folder wasn't assignend in VE PRO. I just did that and now it works perfectly.
