    Hi! I recently moved and unforunately in the process lost my old eLicenser. I purchased a new one and need to re-active Vienna Ensemble Pro 4 & the 4-6 Upgrade license. Unforuantely when trying to activate the licenses I get a message saying 

    The activation code has been used already. An activation code can be used only once to download or upgrade a license.

    Please contact your software vendor to get a valid activation code.

    Please help. How can we make the activations work on the new eLicenser?
