  • Drumagog 5 not loading in VE 6

Hi, Sorry if this has been mentioned before, but I didn’t find anything on the forum about this particular issue. I’m really enjoying Vienna Ensemble running VIs with logic pro and I’m in the process of transferring my templates over to a multi-computer setup. One problem I have noticed is that the UI for drumagog 5 does not load in VE6, I just get a blank winfow. Is there a fix for this? Thanks Tommy

  • Just to clarify with a screenshot - this is what happens when trying to load an instance of drumagog 5 in VEP6.

I've reinstalled Drumagog 5 (the latest version) but no luck!

    Anyone any ideas?

  • Hi,

Which version of Drumagog is that, on which OS?

Any word from my colleagues at Drumagog? We're happy to help with a demo version for research.

  • Hi there Paul,

    Thank you for your reply!

I am using Drumagog v5.21b on OSX 10.13.2

I've sent them a support query but I'm waiting to hear back from them.

Interestingly, if I load a preset, the plugin still processes audio as expected.

    Thanks

    Tommy

  • Update from the WaveMachine Labs support team: “Hi Tommy, Please let me know what Vienna Ensemble says as I don't have their software on my end to do specific testing. We don't have any other reports of disappearing GUIs on Mac in Logic. In the meantime, I will talk with the developer and see if he has any input. Best, Corey WaveMachine Labs”

  • Hi Tommy,

Cool, we'll be happy to send a fully functional demo to check for the team at WaveMachineLabs.

All they need is an eLicenser USB key and a registered email address with www.vsl.co.at

    Best,
    Paul

  • Thanks, Paul! I have passed this along to Corey at WaveMachine Labs, so hopefully we can get to the bottom of this! Thanks again Tommy
