Hey folks. I'm having an issue with VE Pro on my PC and am looking for suggestions on how to fix it. I've got a ton of UAD plugins, and when I scroll through my plugins in VE, the UAD older expands to larger than my full screen, showing the mono and stereo variations as separate, and I'm not able to scroll to the end of the list to get to the ones that are later in the alphabetical order.
On my Mac, the UAD subfolder is one long vertical scrollable one, like the main plugin browser, and all the mono/stereo variations are grouped into folders, so it's easy to navigate. Is it possible to do that on the PC as well?
Thank.s

Hello Jeff,
The plug-in listing is still waiting to be optimized in VE PRO, and I hope we can get to it in the next sprint right after the release of our Synchron Player.

Hey Paul, thanks for getting back to me. In the meantime, is there a way to access the plugins that aren't visible in the UAD folder due to the window size? I can't get to anything past the letter O.

Hi Jeff,
The only way I know is to move a few unused plug-ins out of your plug-in folder (and add them again when you need them).

Hey Paul, just to make sure we're talking about the same thing, here's what my monitor looks like on the PC when looking in the UAD folder. All of my other plugin folders work as expected, with a secondary column (although admittedly none of them have as many plugins), so it seems to just be the UAD stuff. It also works fine on my Mac.
Thanks. File Attachment(s): IMG_8580.JPG (3,056kb) downloaded 21 time(s).You cannot view/download attachments. Try to login or register.

Aplogies in advance if I'm preaching to the converted but in Logic Pro you can organise Plugin Folders as you please from within the Plugin Manager in your Preferences. You can create custom folders with Sub folders and drag them about within the listing order within the Plugin Manager.
For example to create a UAD folder with Sub folders you create the folders using the following naming convention (the uname of the Master top level folder followed by the Colon : ensures your new folders are nested as Sub folders inside your Master (or whatever) folder.
E.g.
Create an new master folder folder and call it
UAD
Name more new folders you want as Sub folders like so
UAD:EQs
UAD:COMPRESORS
UAD:REVERBS

I havent used Logic in years I was just comparing my problem to something. In VP 5 my folders showed the exact way I have them listed in programfiles - VstPlugins. Now it's all scattered according to vendor. Is there a way around this? It was supposed to be fixed in version 6.
