    Hello,

    I realize this question probably will be influenced by both individual preferences and individual equipment set ups, but I'm interested in how other users may be working with this variable.  The variable I'm referring to is whether to use a Master Bus output or individual outputs from Viennna Ensemble Pro 6 (VEP6).

    I'm using VEP6 along with Vienna Instruments Pro (VIP), Vienna Mir Pro (VMP) and Digital Performer (DP).  My Master is an iMac, and my two slaves are an iMac and a Mac Pro.

    So far, I've housed the VMP on the Master so I can access it for all instruments via the DP Mixing Board.

    Also, so far, I've been outputing all of my channels in the VEP6 servers to indiviual outputs rather than the Master Bus output.  I've done it this way because then I'm able to open each of the intruments indivually in VMP via the DP Mixing Board and use the indivual instrument preference settings and stage locations in VMP.

    I'm just wondering if I'm overlooking some other configuration options using Master Bus.  Master Bus seems appealing on one hand, but it also would appear to limit the individual instrument settings mentioned above.
