    I have downloaded it, and I get '100%' in Download Manager, but it will not install; error reads 'package.info incomplete' and something about is it a download package, which it evidently is.

    I don't know what to do. I'm having Download Manager check files at the moment...
    Same result, informing me to make sure the entire package is downloaded, while I'm looking at 'Complete' and '100%'
