  • How to see IP address of VEP on slave

Hi,   I know how to see the dynmaic IP address of the slave VEP through the host VEP on my DAW by clicking on the 'Edit Instrument' button on each VEP connection in my DAW (Cubase). It clearly shows the IP address of the conncected VEP instance on my slave. But how do I see the IP address of my DAW computer from the slave VEP on my second computer? Let's say I have two network connections from my DAW to my slave computer and I want to make sure its connecting through a certain network.

    Thanks,

    G

  • Hi G,

I can't think of a way to do this.... To set up the right connection, I'd go oldschool and unplug the second network connection and make sure that VE PRO works as it should. Then add the second network again.

  • Thanks Paul,  that's too bad, seems there should be a way to click on the instance in the slave VEP and see the connected IP. Oh well...
