Hello everyone!
I've been wondering if there is a way to let Pro Tools recognize all the ports that are allocated in VEPro 6's prefereneces? Currently I have VEPro set to 32 MIDI ports and 64 Audio Inputs/Outputs. I have no problem seeing and routing audio onto Aux Tracks, but accessing more than Port 16 on MIDI/Instruments tracks seems to be unavailable.
I've briefly checked Pro Tools' functionnality to connect to VEPro Server in the past when I first purchased VEPro, read the manual and etc. but I don't seem to be able to find any answers. Manual itself shows an example with 16 ports only.
I've been primarily using Cubase Pro instead and it is working there like a charm with zero problems.
Anyone having solutions? Should I just "move on"? :)
Much appreciated!

Hi ZWaves,
IIRC Pro Tools/AAX is limited to 16 MIDI Ports per plug-in, but of course you can insert multiple VE PRO instances.

Thanks, Paul for your reply!
Looks like I'm going to have to reload some of my instances into a new Server Project that has less than 16 ports in order to fit my needs and not use my master template designed around Cubase Pro. Hope AVID enhances their AAX format one day...
Much appreciated!
