    My Vienna Suite Pro can't open in ProTools 12 please help me 

    ProTools 12 say that My Vienna Suite Pro it does not AAX 64 bit  

    How can i do ? Please help me sir

    Hi there,

    to hear about your problems. I'm sure the VSL support team will be able to sort them out swiftly.

    Please send a mail with as many details as possible (OS, hardware and software involved, etc.) to support@vsl.co.at, they will get back to you ASAP.

    In the meantime, please make sure that the Vienna Key (or the eLicenser which contains your VS Pro license) is attached to the system, and that its software (esp. the "License Data Base") is up-to-date. In 90% of all cases this solves any issue. :-)
