Hello Andi,
I've just run the latest soundset/house style file from the website. When I look at the list of strings I see there are only three instruments listed for the Chamber strings - Violin I and Doublebass are missing. I remember them being missing on a much older house style and then it was corrected. Are they missing again from the latest house style? I take it that in Sibelius import the house style is currently named 'Vienna Symphonic Library'.

I can't reproduce this problem here with VSL Soundset Installer 1.0.138 and Sibelius 7. Maybe you have accidentally removed the instruments yourself. I would rerun the Soundset Installer and reload the House Style in your score(s). Then the instruments should be there.
