    I had someone do some work on my computer and I think he reinstalled VI Instruments Pro and now my VI Pro instruments Pro presets, Matrices and Patches are all empty. 

    It's not even showing the default libraries. Where would those be located on a Windows 10 machine. Surely as part of the 

    It seems that the sample content is there and loading but not the the presets. Now I don't have the key attached, it's on my host machine temporarily which is why the matrices are red, but I don't think it's related as they have been there for the last few months. 

    I'm rather confused. I would at least like to get the default presets, patches and Matrices back.

    Although I may have lost the custom presets, that's okay, I have them saved in templates. 

    I would appreciate any suggestions.

    Just to help anyone else with this issue. - I contacted vsl support and sure enough the default presets do not appear when the licenses are not on the elicense key. I moved them across and they appeared.
