I just purchased and installed MiRx TeldexStudio. When I now go to any Vienna Instrument / Advanced mode / reverb / MIRx, I see the MIRx interface, but no venue is selected. When I click on 'select venue" I see a box labeled 'Berlin TeldexStudio Aufnahmesaal'. When I click on it, the box disappears and no venue is selected. Also the dropdown menu under 'Select Profile' remains empty. Thanks for your help.

I can't say from your screenshot which instrument you've loaded. MIRx settings depend completely on them. Please let us know.
In any case: The best idea when facing problems like this is to get in contact with support@vsl.co.at. The forum is a communication platform rather than a support channel. :-)
