    I am poor at English because I am a Japanese. Please understand….

     

     

     

    When installing

     

     

     

    「Please make sure to download and install the latest 

    Vienna Synchron Pianos from MyVSL, as well as the latest eLicenser Co

    ntrol Center.」

     

     

    ↑↑

     

    I can not install it as it is written like this

     

     

     

    Of course the eLicenser Control Center and Vienna Synchron Pianos is newly installed.

     

    I came here because I did not fix it even if I explained to Japanese support.

     

    I have paid for it but I can not install it

     

    I am very sick and feel sick…

     

     

     

    My PC  spec   iMac OS Mojave 10.14.2

     

    4.2 GHz Intel Core i7

     

    32 GB 2400 MHz DDR4

    What exactly can't you install?

    You say the Synchron Player and the eLicenser software are installed. It seems to me that now you just have to install the Steinway D library.

    I don't have this product myself, but that's how it works with other software and libraries from VSL.

    Does this message that you attached pop up as a reminder or when you are trying to do something? Have you downloaded the library installer file from MyDOWNLOADS in MyVSL?

    Dear mastumine-214, 

    Just to have posted this: The message you see (in your screenshot) is actually just a reminder to download and install the latest VSL Software... shouldn't be in the way of installation at all.

    Hi, At the end of 2018 I have downloaded and installed EVERY PRODUCT (Full-Version) from VSL new, because I left apple behind and switched completely to Windows. This message comes every time! IGNORE IT!!! You are ready to open your DAW and to have fun! BR, Lars
