    Hey there,

    Just built a new PC to host more samples, but all of my license keys are somehow stuck on one eLicenser saying they're part of a "Collection License". Any reason this is happening? All programs are up-to-date.

    Hi, every VSL instrument instrument has a licence for the player Vienna Instruments. Therefore these two are paired and can't be seperated. But you can move the 4 different instruments.

    Hi John, 

    All our licenses are "collection licenses", as a Vienna Instruments license is always included. 

    I only saw one eLicenser key in your screenshot... when do you get the error message and can you send a screenshot of it to support@vsl.co.at?

    Hey Paul,

    Figured it out. I had the eLicensers plugged into seperate computers and was trying to transfer the keys that way...rookie mistake. Thanks for the responses though!
