    Are there any instructional videos for how to use MIDI CC for expression and breath control etc ?

    I can't seem to find any.

    MIDI CC is expression and breath control. 

    MIDI CC11 is often refered to as Expression

    MIDI CC2 is often refered to as Breath. 

    There's a few other very common.: 

    CC7 = Volume

    CC1 = Modulations

    CC10 = (Pan) Balance. 

    CC64 =. Sustain pedal. 

    Just attach a MIDI controller and you'll be flying.

    What I am seeking is how these actually work.

    Once I have attached CC11 or CC2, what is it that they actually do, How they actually change the sound ?  Presumably must be some aspect of how the sample plays back ?
