  • Velocity XF Disable on Multiple Cells/Not overwritten by New Patch

    Hello there,

    I'm building a brass template, and I have a 8x4 custom Matrix, in which I mostly use Velocity XF patches linked to CC1. I saved that matrix withing a preset, and when I build a new instrument, I recall that preset, and then change the comparable patches with  the new instruments (i.e. TptC portato short replaced with Bass Trumpet portato short).

    For roughly 25% of the patches though, which are short, I put the Velocity XF off in the VIPro Edit section, so they're key velocity sensitive.

    Is there a way to disable th Velocity XF from going into global again when importing a new patch in the cell?

    Alternatively, is there a way to select multiple cells and change the Velocity XF off for them?

    Thanks in advance!

    Hi Ziobello,

    This thread will be very interesting for you when you are building new presets.

    "Is there a way to disable th Velocity XF from going into global again when importing a new patch in the cell?"

    => Unfortunately not.

    "Alternatively, is there a way to select multiple cells and change the Velocity XF off for them?"

    => I don't think so, slot editing is restricted to one slot at a time.

    Best,
    Paul
