Hauptwerk With Ensemble Pro 6
I use Ensemble Pro to host my VST plugins within my DAW on a single PC.
Recently though, I have been pondering the notion that Ensemble Pro might also benefit Hauptwerk - perhaps in a similar way.
Hauptwerk is, of course, a stand-alone application. As such, it cannot run within Ensemble Pro, or a DAW, except via its vst bridge VST-Link.
That said, I wonder whether there are CPU performance gains to be had by hosting just the VST-Link within Ensemble Pro? I would only host the VST-Link and a third-party reverberator plugin.
