    Does Epic Orchestra 2 load into Vienna Instruments Pro 2, or only Synchron player...because that REALLY isn't made clear...i was expecting to use it and the new Taiko in VIP2....

    Edit, the answer to my question is yes...so now we have to have yet another player! Sigh.

    Hi Paul,

    I strongly suggest you clarify that Epic Orchestra 2 requires the Synchron player, which runs only within VEP, just like VI and VIP....perhaps in the purchase confirmation email?...It's going to make more work for you and your customers otherwise.

    Vienna Instrument player and the Synchron player run fine just without VE.
    They come in VST and AAX plugin format and can be used directly in your DAW.

    The distincition is that Synchron does not have a standalone player, it must be run as a plugin, where Instruments can run as a standalone player. Both can be run as a plugin for your DAW, or in VEP.

    Yep thanks, got all that, pretty self evident...however my point was regarding the content and the requirement for yet another instrument player.
