    I have a Synchron strings collection I purchased last year, they are working fine in Vienna Instruments, but I can't get them to show up in the new Synchron player. I read the section on Databases in the manual and it looks like I'm doing everything right, but they don't show up. Yes, they are fully registered with e-Licensor...as I say, already working for nearly a year.

    Hi flyingten,

    We had to change the data format for the new Synchron Player, so the whole sample content is now available for Download right here.

    Regarding the "old" sample content for VI: Most of our users have either bounced all tracks to audio and deleted the old sample content and/or moved the VI sample content to a "normal", less expensive HD, to free up some SSD space for the new sample content.
