    Hello lovely team at VSL

    Im curious if it is possible to use the Power Drums Midi browser for any other Synchron Instruments, quite miss

    VI's Sequencer  It would be great to browse through various elements, patters, runs, chords, and build a library of performances.

    Hello Betuel, 

    You can add any MIDI library you like in the implemented MIDI Player, but it's "only" a MIDI player, not the advanced pattern player you find in VI Pro...

    Thanks for the reply, actually just bought !!!POWER DRUMS!!! ;) for fun.

    The new Synchron Player has so much protential.

    I love to just to be able to go throug sounds looping with my current project to find inspiration and then get in there and **** it up to my liking.

    You guys should do something crazy things like having midi recorders on the strings, drums and anything you can think of, nothing beats humans!

    Glad you like the Synchron Power Drums - did you check out the Mixer Presets yet, maybe even in a surround setup? 😃

    Indeed its all good, as they say always hire a lazy person, they will find the easiest way for the task ;-D

    I do like VSL for the clean sound approach, linear mics and pre-amps, correct me if I'm wrong, even for the Live, Synchron Stage recordings. I had great success applying the Slate Digital microphone emulations, and I use various modelled colouring EQ's.

    Doing all that inside Synchron Player would be a dream!

    Got some time to play with Power Drums today,

    thank goodness I can use the midi browser with any instrument! Fabulous feature, many thanks!

    Now its just digging through my old dusty midi files in some various dodgy places, perhaps do some digital housekeeping too... ;-))
