I installed the update for VEPro6 and incurred frequent and lengthy dropouts from various instruments. I uninstalled and reinstalled but still the same thing so I have rolled back to earlier version and it's working fine.
What gives? Same here. The new update won't work consistently with VI Pro and MIR together, though it's fine with the Synchron player in MIR. 2021 Macbook Pro M1 Max, 64GB RAM, OS 12.2 / 2013 Mac Pro, 3.5 GHz 6-Core, 64GB RAM, OS 11

I have the same problems with Ensemble 6 update. Even now I It is also not able to open Finale 26

Same here but I just restarted my computer (Windows 10, Sonar Platinum) and everything is working fine now.

same here. I've rolled back to earlier version 6.0.17226 and it's working fine again. Mac Pro 2013 / macOS 12.3 / Logic Pro X

Having the same problem. I can elimitate the dropouts when I disable MIR Pro on the mixer in Vienna Ensemble.
Problem is, no MIR Pro! I've tried varius combinations of thread count and buffers with no effect.

I also rolled back with success. The update seemed to put a much bigger load on the CPU for some reason, even when optimized. Makes me nervous about Ensemble Pro 7. (iMac Pro, Logic.)

Thankfully Vienna let you demo VE pro 7 for 30 days so you can see how it performs for you in your studio. I'm one of the people who had problems with the update, and fixed it by going back to the previous version. I then upgraded to 7 and have had no problems. (So far - it's been less than a day ...) 2021 Macbook Pro M1 Max, 64GB RAM, OS 12.2 / 2013 Mac Pro, 3.5 GHz 6-Core, 64GB RAM, OS 11

How do I roll back to a earlier version 6.0.17226 working version? on a old imac here and instruments won't load.
Please sent link as 6.0.17950 and 6.0.17951 are NOT WORKING!

I found older version in my vsl, archived downloads, 6.0.17226 and everything is up and running again...
that was scary!

I had a problem of opening Cubase projects on both C10 and 9.5, latest versions on Win10. I narrowed the problem down to VEP. I had this problem with the two of the latest VEP6 updates. Rolling back to 6.0.17226 fixed it.
