    Hello,
    I updated today on Vienna Ensemble PRO 7. I do not know if it's related to this, but lately the SYNCHRONIZED DIMENSION STRINGS in the PRESET list in Synchron Player are missing. There is only the Epic Orchestra to find. The licenses for SYNCHRONIZED DIMENSION STRINGS I, II and III are available in eLicenser. What's it all about? Thanks for an answer.

    Hi Gerhard, 

    As a first step I'd check the sample content assignment in Synchron Player Preferences => Database and remove and add the content folders for SYNCHRON-ized Dimension Strings (with the +/- signs). 

    If that doesn't work, I'd download and install the sample content again.
