I just ran into the starngething most of my plug-ins do show up in VE PRO 7 stand alone, but not in VE PRO 7 server... The settings are the same, settings are pointing to the right folders f.e., I did a rescan et cetera, but no luck.
How do I solve this?

Which OS?
I'd try uninstalling VE Pro 7 and reinstalling again, as a first step. Best after a restart.

I'm on Windows 10 64-bit. Already did a re-install, but to no avail.

Could be some mix-up with the VST plug-in folders.
You can erase the "Vienna Ensemble Pro.ini file" in YOUR_USER/AppData/Roaming/VSL and see if that helps (this folder is a hidden system folder, make sure that you see it: Organize => Folder and Search Options => "View" Tab).
