    I have the regular Dimension strings downloaded for VI Pro and have just paid for the Synchron version.

    Do I have to redownload all the samples again, for the Synchron player, as the samples have all apparently been remastered ?  

    I can only see a 1.3mg file in my personal library of software, which mentions the new version.

    Hi, yes you have to load all samples again because the Synchron Player uses a different sample format. The download process is the same: Update the download manager and the library download, and open it with the manager. Dont forget that you need the Synchron Player. Best, Ben
