    Hi folks,

    So I downloaded and installed the Epic 2 lib but when I open Synchron there's nothing listed under my Factory presets.  It simply says default.  I've checked the settings and it's pointing to the proper folder that I had the downloader install the library to, I'm not sure where to go from here.

    Hi, 

    You have not downloaded your license for EO 2.0 yet. That will solve it!

    Ah, I saw on my dongle where it said 

    -Vienne Ensemble PRO 7
    -Vienna Instrument

    and I assumed I'd already obtained the license.  But you were correct! I forgot to activate and install the separate Epic 2.0 license. Whoops!
