Does the special edition vol 1 plus come with presets or just matrix and patches?

Hi, 

The articulations of the SE Volume 1 PLUS are ADDED to the presets you get with SE Vol 1. 

Musically, it doesn't make sense to purchase "only" the Special Editions PLUS (you need the staccato, legato, sustain and other basics that come with the "normal" Special Edition).
