  • Hello cahours,

    Thanks for posting.

I'm afraid that maybe you are reaching the limits of your computers.

Did you try with higher latency settings yet? Are you streaming from SSD drives?

    Paul

  • Hello Paul

but sometimes it works, 15 GB of memory used with sound banks on the mac pro, with SSD. yes I tested with greater latency without result always small crunches.

    Thanks for your help

  • Hi cahours,

Do you see a way to find out what is causing the "crunches"?

  • Only with the synchron ized dimension string , why ?

    thank you for your help

  • Hi,

Thanks. I just wonder what could be causing the trouble, over time.

How long does it take / do you have to work until you get into troubles?

    Best,
    Paul

  •

    hello Paul

From the beginning II can not work with synchrons (dimension string and brass and appasionata), well pity I like it but too much problem of crunches .

my material works very well with my other banks Cinematic brass and strings and Spitfire.

it remains a mystery for me .

    thank you for your help

  • Hello cahours,

Synchron Strings use multiple mic channels, it needs more streaming performance than "normal" sample libraries.

Did you try to work with the "Room-Mix" mixer presets yet? Those are the once that are selected when you load up a preset and are the most resource-friendly presets.

    Best,
    Paul
