    Hi folks,

    I picked up the Synchron SE libraries 1 & 2, and they are great. However, I am having a problem with the Prepared Piano preset in SE 2. It crashes Cubase 10 Pro every time I launch it. If I try to launch it in the Synchron Player on its own, it won't even start to load -- Synchron just freezes for a moment, then Cubase crashes. I have to restart the program. If I try to use Synchron Player inside VE as a plugin, the Prepared Piano will crash VE, although Cubase will stay up. This happens 100% of the time.

    I am using Cubase 10 Pro, ver 10.0.20

    Is any else experiencing this issue?

    PS: It also crashes Cakewalk by Bandlab and Reaper, like clockwork.

    Which OS is that? Just checked on macOS 10.13.6, works fine.

    Hi,

    Just checked on Windows too... no problems. Did you make sure that you are using the latest Synchron Player?

    It turns out I was not using the most current Synchron Player. I downloaded and installed it right at the start of June and forget to check if their had been updated issued. So I was still on version 1.1.1333

    Updating to 1.1.1621 resolved the issue, and the Prepared Piano now loads up successfully.
