    Hi threre,

    I got the SYNCHRON-ized Special Edition Vol 1 and the Synchron Piano Player. When I start the Synchron Piano Player in Cubase I can see in the folder section only Factory and User. So I don't know, if the Steinway D274 was loaded correctly. I also can not see the Steinway Picture in the plugin like it is shown on the web site.

    If I start the synchron player I can see and use "SYNCHRON-ized Special Edition" in the folder section, but in the synchron piano player ther is only "factory".

    The steinway files are correctly installed on my SSD.

    Whats wrong here. Can you help me please :)

    I coud fix it.

    Rightclick in the folder section. Then "Refresh".

    After that I could see the Steinway :))
