    Hey folks!

    I am new to Vienna and very curious for my first package - the epic orchestra 2.0 . I downloaded the installer and bought a brand new SSD external drive (Samsung T5) which is connected via a thunderbold 3 port on usb-c.

    but: this installation is going on soo slow. I've been waiting now for 4 hours but the bar did not exceed 30%. am I doing anything wrong?

    Hi, 

    Could it be that your harddrive is formatted in exFAT format? If yes, please reformat to NTFS (WIN) or macOS.
